The books contain a 12-track CD and a 60-page contemplative activity book with my original photography. Each track has a reflection, meditative suggestion, and/or artistic exercise associated with it, as well as blank pages to fill in. In that way, a story is co-created. I started it, and the user gets to finish it, filling its pages with her/his own unique voice.

The intention behind it is transformative and therapeutic. People have always complimented my voice and music for its ability to calm mind and body, but I also want to give them a hands-on and creative way to explore the inner world, and to grow into more compassionate, wise beings. It seems a fitting time in our history for this kind of tool, this kind of tapas; practice to create change within us. And creative expression helps us to access our right brain, facilitating an overall sense of well-being.
